What brakes will bolt to my C5 setup already Installed

Car: 87 IROC,
Engine: 370 LSx With Boost
Transmission: 4L80E
Axle/Gears: S-60 with 3.50s
What brakes will bolt to my C5 setup already Installed
Thinking about going with a C6 Z06 or CTS-V setup on the IROC the fill out my CCW wheels. What will just bolt up to the brakets already there? I know Iansane bolted his 6 piston setup to the C5s what else will bolt up? hhhmmmm
