Is it worth going from LT1 rear disc brakes to C5 Z06 brakes

I currently have a brand new C5 Z06 front brake kit in my my 91 along with a 4th gen rear that has the stock disc brake setup on it. The rear rotors are junk and the calipers are frozen solid from non use for a few years. So, I will need new rotors and I would like something that matches the GM cross drilled and slotted ones I have in the front. I also need to either buy new calipers or rebuild the ones I have now.

Is it worth it to spend the extra money and put on the C5 Z06 rear brakes instead? It is a street driven car only and I will only consider the C5 brakes IF someone here can prove to me that the change is worth the money and my time. If not then I will just rebuild the calipers I have now and then have them coated to match the fronts and then look for new rotors.

Don't waste your time. It will only look cooler.

That is what I assumed. I think I am just going to rebuild the calipers and have them powder coated and then look for some good quality cross drilled and slotted rotors.
