V6 base with rear disc?

Did the base model V6 SC come with disc rear brakes? The car has no options, crank windows, manual locks and no ac.

I was pulling an axle today to check the splines and found a 1/4" spacer between the axle flange and the rotor. Is this spacer stock and can I remove it because it doesn't leave much stud for the lugs to grab. Also are the studs for the 16" iroc rims longer than steelies?

The rear is a 10 bolt, 26 spline with a auburn unit. I don't have the RPO sheet in the console and the car has seen a lot of mods so it wont surprise me if someone's swapped out the rear, it does look stock as per pics around the forum.

Re: V6 base with rear disc?

It was most likely swapped in. The spacer may be there to center the caliper on the rotor, removing it may cause rubbing unless you can move the caliper out with some other spacers. The 6mm spacefrs were factoy on some rear drum cars, but even then they were hit or miss
