help my ls1 rear from drum swap. i tried searching!

I need help with my swap. The cables(from ls1 car) are too short. If I can avoid buying the flynbye ones I would like to save money and keep my return spring. Also the hardlines , I would rather not bend that much. If I cut and flare, what size is tube? Type of flare? Are we positive that the two factory flares match?
