Slip on rotor and hub clearance???

I've searched on here and google with no luck. So I'm mocking up my brakes and notice what seems like excessive clearance between the hub register and rotor. Concentrically I don't know the clearance but I have more than .010" with a feeler gage. I thought they should fit tighter than this. Is this ok or am I being a little paranoid about it? thx
