15in rim fitment??

Will a 15x7 rim fit over 1991 Trans am stock rear disc brakes?

Should. It's pretty common to get most 15" wheels to clear disc brakes as large as 11.75"

Thanks for the answer. The thing I was most concerned about is the caliper. Ik the rotor will fit without issues.

Actually, it is the choice of caliper that determines what rotors fit.
