Rear disc brake not working

Hi guys,

need advise here.

i have an 87 iroc with 4 disc brake. The rear disc brake are not working.

I did a master cylinder bench bleeding and a full 4 calipers bleed.

after that, I have the same problem. No rear break.

what could be wrong? Proportioning valve?

thanks

I fixed it!

i had a bad ebrake cable. Replaced it and pump the lever 30 times. Now they work perfectly!!

Re: Rear disc brake not working

Remember, use the PARKING brake (no such thing as "emergency" brake) EVERY SINGLE TIME you park the car, and twice each time on Sundays just for good measure, to keep the rear brakes working. It's the only way they get adjusted to make up for pad wear.
