Brake pedal spongy

Earlier this week I was driving and from point A to B the brakes worked OK I guess nothing to complained about but on the way back to point A the brakes were gone... the pedal had to go all the way to the ground to stop. (When the car was off the pedal would not hold pressure) So I figured it would be a seal in the Master Cylinder so I replaced it. After replacing it nothing changed except when the car it of it hold a bit of pressure when pumped but then slowly gives out. PLEASE HELP

Re: Brake pedal spongy

Sounds like there's a fluid leak somewhere.
