12" 1LE brakes for the rear?

I currently have the 11.65" 1LE brakes on the rear of the car now and I'd like to go to a 12" rotor but keep the caliper and bracket I have now. Does someone make a disc brake backing plate/mount for a 9 bolt that will accomplish this? I know it's not going to dramatically increase performance, it's mainly for cosmetics to help fill out behind the wheel.

Not that I've seen but haven't really looked hard. I have seen some racecars with front 2piston pbr 1LE calipers on the rear but not sure which rotor was used (think it was a stock c4 non hd front rotor and caliper combo)
Which 12" rotor would you use for that?

I figured I'd use the 12" x .81" C4 rotor. I've got an email sent to bigbrakeupgrade and was considering reaching out to Ed Miller to see if he could help.
