Issue with one wheel locking up when hard braking

Not sure if this is normal or not since those cars have no ABS but I figured I will ask. I have a 92 RS with V6, front disks and rear drums. The car is pretty much all original. All brake hardware (rotors, pads, calipers, drums, drum hardware, shoes, etc) was replaced. I have a new rear brake line (from the master cylinder and also the one over the rear axle going to the rear brakes). The front brake line is original as is the brake booster and prop. valve (or at least whenever they were replaced last time as I just own the car for less than a year). The car brakes fine but when I slam the brakes harder, the rear passenger wheel will lock up and the car slides on the road a bit. Is that normal operation or should I diagnose and replace more parts in the braking system?

Rear drum may need to be adjusted and backed off a little.

Yeah, sounds like an adjustment is needed. Usually these will self adjust if you back up and pump the brakes but maybe something is gummed up in the mechanism. Pop it apart and look.
