75 grand is huge money. Think of the cars that I could buy now for 75 grand... there are a ton of vehicles both new and old that I could pay 75 g's for now and be worth tons more than this later. There's no doubt that the 1LE was a very cool, very rare car, but it also was an F-body. 75 grand puts it up in the neighborhood of some very extreme cars. I like 3rd gens as much as anyone, but that's just way too much cash for one. Especially only 19 years after it was made.

i think the only third gens i would pay that much for would have to be a 92 slp firehawk, but they had a high retail price to begin with

If i won the lottery, it would be the first car i would purchase for my collection. I bet this car fetches some big money in twenty years or so. I wouldn't buy it for the future money, i'd buy it just because its almost the Holy grail when it comes to third gens. I think the 350 convertable's are the holy grail but i still haven't seen a pic of one to verify. People say these cars are the 69 camaros of now. We'll see, but it looks pretty good because if you notice, some nice cars out there with some hefty prices on them. Im not saying there getting the money they want for them, but the prices are getting higher, especially if your looking for convertables in really good shape. Theres more good looking ultra low mileage irocs on ebay for 25000 - 30000 range. Thats crazy money but if had the cash to play with, i bet alot of you would be interested. I think they are on the verge of collectability. Parts are getting more scarce, and pricier.
