Hey there -- I'm looking for an Iroc I used to own. Here's the deal.. I bought it brand new.. the dealership is no longer there. I financed it from a bank.. no longer in existence.. it was repossessed.. and now.. 20 years later.. I want to see what happened to it and maybe buy it back.

Here's the catch..I do NOT know the VIN. No clue. I don't have the same insurance.. as a matter of fact .. I do NOT know what the insurance company was. Anyone know of any way I can track this car.. or find the vin just using my name?

Wow, that is a great question.

If the bank sued to repossess the car, the VIN might be listed on the Summons and Complaint they would have filed with the court. If you knew the case number, or year if happened, you might be able to have the court house search the legal records for those documents.

That is all I can think of.
