running/driving condition (I can't non running projects where I live, have to be able to register and at least drive around yard, but prefer road worthy)

So WHERE do you live?

 

nothing crazy where I live, but the village and town say only registered, "running" cars can be in your driveway. They don't get after guys with a roller they move in and out of their garage to work, but don't want guys stock piling non running cars at their house, it's not zone a junk yard, business zone, etc.

My two car garage is full, and if it's in the drive way I have to be able to move it.
