Thinking about trading my 66 galaxie for a thirdgen. I had one when I was 17 and I'd like to get back in one for summer car. The galaxie is a 289 3speed automatic. All matching numbers, with about 10k miles on the engine and transmission rebuild. New holley carburator and performer rpm intake. a new trunk pan, new exhaust, body was taken off frame and fame restored with new bushings. New shocks and springs in the rear. Nice leather seats. Needs a driver rear quarter panel replacement, and some body work/paint and a headliner. Hard part is done, ready to be finished. Can be driven anywhere. All guages work.
