Check out JSmotors.com they are in fairmount indiana. They've had one listed for awhile now >6mths. Not sure what your looking to spend but they have it priced at about 4k

 

I looked at it. It's a $500 car...

 

 

I've been watching this one & is close enough to go look at. It is pretty rare 4spd manual car with carberator rather than CFI.

I see youre in Imperial? Seen some restoration work done by John's body shop on Outer Rd... nice stuff.
Funny, I've been searching Craigslist in that area and nothing came up with '82 Camaro", but did with pace camaro... strange.

John's Autobody dies some amazing high end cars but also insurance work.
I've kicked around going to look at this car but like my convertibles more.
a 4spd non crossfire is a pretty rare car & if it were a hardtop version I would just go buy it.
I like the pace cars but not in love with them.
I could possibly make time next weekend.

I emailed him, he said there's some rust in the floors. That doesn't bother me as long as I wouldn't have to replace the whole floor...:O
I told him I had a friend out his way that might be able to come and inspect it this coming weekend, if you're both available that would be great. I'll let you know what he says. Are you able to get up there any time?? Thanks!

 

actually Thursday during the day would work for me. If not available during the day then possibly on Saturday day.
