Wanted: 90-92 Canadian dash pad damaged part

I am restoring my yellow 1992 Pontiac Trans Am GTA and I am looking for 2 plastic holders for the daytime running light sensor. It is located on the passenger side of the dash pad on all Canadian 1990-92 Camaro's and Firebird's. I was just wondering if anyone had any damaged dash pads they could pull this part out of. Please note that the plastic cover for the the daytime running light sensor is easily broken so care is needed to remove it. I have enclosed 3 pics of what I am looking for. Let me know. Thanks.

I have those in the dash of my Camaro- which is a Canadian car- I never knew what it was.
