Toronto Parts Supplier

Not sure if this is the best place for this, if it isn't then mods can move it.

I will be visiting family in Toronto next month and I will want to pick up some parts if I can. Does anyone know of any breakers yards, specialists or parts suppliers in the area?

Any help is much appreciated!

Check on kijiji. Go onto the Ontario section, and put in Camaro into the search function and it brings up lot of ads. There's a couple big salvage yards in Ontario.

Depends what you're looking for but yeah paradise is a great place to start but buddy is a business man he'll try to loop you if you're not careful. Thinks his stuff is made from gold and will want your stuff back for peanuts. Get him on a good day like mentioned above.

Tdot auto is ok for something's they are online.

I'm finding better deals in the states and ordering to CBI for pick up in the falls just on the other side of the border. Before tax my koni yellows are $859 for the set of 4 that's at least $500 less then I get then from anyone here even though the dollar sucks.

Ordering online from the US maybe the cheapest way but it maybe the most problematic as a few places will want to send to my billing address as all my cards will be UK based. If worst came to the worst I'll just order them to be sent here. I'll keep my eyes peeled for any auto shops around Toronto, I'm there for a week so should be plenty of time to spot one.

Re: Toronto Parts Supplier

Look around on the net for the parts your looking for, if the best deals are US, have them shipped to the closest UPS store in the states from Toronto. Heck, have them sent across from Niagara Falls, make a day trip out of it and see the falls and get your parts. You'll just pay duty coming back across. You will save a ton of money this way, and get what your looking for at reasonable prices. Order about a good week to week and half before your going to be in toronto.

Yes, Kijiji.ca is a great place to start, there are several specialists listed there. You might want to do your homework before your trip so you can save time travelling once you get here.
