Where can I get carpet for the top of my subwoofer box?

 

lots o places sell carpet. pep-boys is one of them. Crutchfield sells it too.

I got my roll at Wal-Mart. 5 or 6 bucks I think.

I've never found any sort of carpet at Wal Mart or even Pep boys that was really suited for sub boxes. Those all seem to have a heavy backing that makes them impossible to work with. www.sounddomain.com and www.partsexpress.com sell unbacked speaker box carpet in a multitude of colors. It's the same stuff that I buy from the local car stereo shop and from the local "Dr. Vinal" store. It's cheap, matches the texture of the car carpet, matches the color, and because it has no backing, it's extremely easy to work with.
