what to do, WHAT TO DO!

Help, Im stuck. I am getting $800 for new stereo stuffs for my car in March...but I started thinking about it and $800 is enough for the SS hood and the spoiler I want to get....but I so want to finish my system! I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO! Which ever I choose, I will get the other this summer. Also, $800 is enough to buy my hood and spoiler, but not to get it painted...so they would either sit in my garage or on my car unpainted...Help me pleaze!

Remember that if you get a new spoiler about the old spoiler being removed, painted over and also the holes filled.....

I would rather wait till summer for the body work and do it right the first time....

If you can't finish a project, dont start it. If I see one more thirdgen running around in primer... (OH WAIT! I have one! ) Too much stereo is gaudy and you'll grow out of it... I'd say use that money to fix all the little things on your car that make it look aged. A clean, nice thirdgen will get you just as many looks. Good luck with your project, whatever you decide!

The thing that makes my car look aged, aside from the bodystyle, is the paint. Everything else is fine. Engine is good (although small), the tranny is good, interior is nice, its just the hood, front end, and bumper that make it look aged. I want the spoiler cuz it complements the ss hood nicely. So far I am leaning towards the stereo, cuz I dont want a primered hood and spoiler....but i am still thinkin.

I would finish out the system then save till you have the cash in the summer to get the hood and spoiler on the car and painted. I hate driving around a car with primer spots, looks like ****..

get the hood and spoiler. then make 'em krylon black. It actually looks pretty good with matte black hood and such.
