can anyone tell me about the phoenix gold mps 2240 amp? i just got one for free and dont know anything about it.

ok, it doesnt say anything about the kind of wattage it can handle, where can i find out about that?

i used to have a PG 600 watt amp powering 2 jl w3's OH MY ***..that sh** hit sooo hard..i had to buy a 4 channel just to hear the mids and highs...PG..very good amps...even if its a base model..your getting quality..if you dont know how abused its been..you should take it to circuit city or any other major store that sells car audio (best buy) and for a small fee they will re adjust components and wiring in the amp..and make sure that the proper wattage is flowin'

PG is a really really good brand, but tehy also have a great price, i would prefer thier products over almost anything out there.. although i hear rockford makes pretty much good everything.
