help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

i just got a 85 trans am with t tops and my wife bought me some 6x9's to go in it i have done replaced the 4x6's and put in a stereo and i started this morning with the pass side and it was a piece of wood i know they didnt come from the factory like that i get to the other side and it had two speakers in it i have no clue what they are or were they came from but the plastic piece looks factory need help bad

i dunno if thats just me but thosde dion't look stock, but if you dont want em, just pull them out and put your 6x9 in teh metal hole, don't worry itll fit.

Looks like aftermarket to me

I agree with SuPeR SpOrT, just remove those two speakers and your 6" X 9" speakers will fit just fine. If you need any more help just ask.

Agreed. I just put new 6x9's in my Camaro, and it was the easiest time I have ever had installing speakers.
