Plastic and carpet in trunk

I was wondering how to get the plastic pieces out of the trunk. If they are screwed in, snap in or what. Also, is the carpet glued down? I plan to put sound deadening material back there. One last question. Viper alarms. I plan to get one put in on sat. Keychain remote, proximity sensors over the windows, the works. They worth the price?

Remove the big plastic screws. Some of the panels also have plastic clips on the backside that pop into place. The carpet should just be molded.
