4th gen stereo question

Im trying to hook up my amp to a 4th gen cd player. It doesnt have RCA hookups so i had to get a line out connecter. To hook that up you have to splice four wires into the factory speaker wires. Does anyone know off hand which wires are the speaker wires....they are all differant colors(usually there is one color wire then another one the same color with a black stripe on it.).
