Loose wire

I just recently installed a new stereo system, CD, speakers, wires, the whole nine yards. After I had spent nearly an hour just wiring the CD, I came across an extra wire. One wire of the same color is for a speaker. This wire seems to short out my dome light and horn fuse if it is grounded out. I cut the end off and taped it up, but what is it? It has power, but nothing I do seems to make any use out of it.

if it was the antenna wire, it wouldnt have any power coming out of it because it would just be going to the antenna motor...

what color is it ?
