Interferance....help?

I have alpine type-R 6x9's in the back running to a apine v12 amp....i am not using the speaker leads from the front of the car. .....also i have 2 alpine type S subs running on a rockford 360.2 amp......i can hear a buzzing noise even when the volume on the CD player is on "0" ....i was wondering if the amps could be two close together or if the power wire was interfearing with the fuel pump or what.....any ideas?
P.S....i have one power wire coming from the battery and put into a power splitter to have the two power wires for my amp coming out...if thats any help....
any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks,

Sounds like you have a grounding problem. Re-check your grounds and make sure they are all good. Just one loose wire can make weird things happen.

The buzzing used to go up and down with the RPM's which led me to beleive that it was something to do with the fuel pump....but i'm going to check all my grounds and make sure that they are good....Thanks for the help..
Thanks,

I had this problem, too. When you turn on/off the headlights do the speakers pop? And yes, it was a grounding problem.
