I need Help????
I just bought an 89 Iroc-z and it has a vider alarm on it and i was hooking up my subs and once I was done the car wouldn't start and the alarm kept on going off and now my car won't start because it thinks that I am breaKing into it. Is there a way to hot wire the car so I can get it to an alarm place to get it disengaged or is there a way to can get aropund it. Please help!!!!????

ok if its like my viper system, you can bypass the alarm...that is if you know where the "ghost switch, bypass button...i don't know the actual term for it" but they are usually installed somewhere near the drivers seat...for mine you have to turn the ignition to the on position and push and hold that botton, then you should be able to start the car and drive it becuase it will be in valet mode...hope this helps man!
the "ghost button" you are refferring to is a valet switch.
you are absolutely right, on most aftermarket alarms, you turn the ignition to the on position and throw the switch, or push the button, then take the key out of the car.
