What sub to get

I have a 180w jvc head unit, polk 4x6's up front, alpine 6x9's in the back. I just a got a Alpine MRP-T406 Flex Power Aplifier for real cheap. I think is 120 rms, 240 max. I dont know if I should get a 8 or 10 in sub. I listen to metal, don't want to bump. Was thinking of these to subs.

with such a tiny amp, you should be looking for a sub with a high sensitivity rating. This means you can forget about small-box, high excursion subs. They might be great with 1,200 watts, but with 120, there are better choices. JL W0 and W3 subs are pretty efficient, as are Cerwin Vegas and plenty of others.
