tuneing system?

hey guys i dont know to much about audio systems i got mine all installed my pros, i got everything done, all speaker changed and to 12s in the back with a amp and my head unit is a panasonic 700U ony the best!lol. anyway everything sounds amazing now but i got one issue i have to much bass and i cant turn it down anymore from my head unit i got it set at 1 and the step below that shut off subs/bass and i dont want that, so can this issue be fixed by the gain **** on my amp??? i dont want to bring it to audio shop if i can fix it by just turning a ****. so if u guys can tell me what i should do to fix my problem that would be amazing!

ya you can slowly turn the gain down on your amp if you like...or even better, keep your subs as loud as they are and invest in an amplifier for your speakers. It will greatly improve their clearity aswell as their output so their treble should match the bass from the subs more.

If its like the panasonic decks I ran 3 years ago it the deck. There basically is very minamal adjustment fo the sub, its like everything move in big steps. this was the only thing i disliked about the panasonic HUs

ya depending on if your pioneer amp is a 4 channel or a 2 channel you can still use it.

if its a 4 channel then you can amplify all four speakers, if its a two you would probably want to amplify your rears for more treble output even though it will ruin your soundstage.
