If I'm going to put two 12" subs rated at 300 watts continous power handling wat would be a good amp to usee under thats under $250-$300?

check out memphis, they make a nice amp around 600 watts... but its hard to find an amp in your price range... $400 is about as low as you will find for an amp to suit your needs...

unless you buy off ebay, then you can get the price you want, for new stuff...
