What kind of price tag should I use?
I am looking to sell my system in my RS. The truth is i love it to death, but I rarely drive and since I just moved into a new apartment for school I am afraid of it being broken in to. So I am going to sell it soon. Also if anyone is interested here just let me know..I am wanting to get rid of the entire system that includes:
A custom box for the third gen camaro carpeted on top
An Audiobahn 4004t 4 channel Amp
2 Kicker CompVR 10's Subs
All of this looks great, I can take pictures of it also. It sounds flawless in the car, and is about two years old. I purchased the kicker subs right before they hit the market, and now I seem to have just no time to enjoy it like I used to. So what kind of price should I think about putting on this? I put in a little over 500 dollars, and had I not known the guy I would have paid about a hundred or so more. I would hope to get at least 250 or so on it, because there is no problem with the box, amp or subs at all. Any feeback would be appreciated!

for the most part, used car audio equipment is worth 50-75 percent of what it was worth new. sucks doesnt it?

well the kicker comps are going for good prices now you just have to know where to look. i paid 120 something for 2 bnib 10" 05 model CVR's and that was a hella deal these things go for at least 100 a piece on crutchfield. i would say 250 sounds about right but you have to remember that not many people around you are going to be able to use that box unless you find a 3rd gen owner in your area to buy it which i think would be pretty hard. i would say sell the subs and amp locally like put them in the paper or something and sell the box on ebay or here. just my opinion. hope this helps
