are these spces good for a Kicker 10" solobaric

My box measurements are 11" high x 11" deep x28" long . It equals out to be 1.38 cubic feet. I want to put a 10" solobaric L7 in it mounted on the side of it not on top. I plan on sealing the box up. Will that sub sound good in there. Kicker says max rec. sealed enclosure should be 1.0 cubic feet but I want the right anwers from you guys who have installed them in our cars. Im looking for good clean good hitting bass. I dont listen to rap all the time. Mainly rock, metal and some R&B hip pop. im gonna power the sub with 600 watts Kicker amp in 2 ohm mode

For a 10" Kicker L7 you need no less than .66 Cu. Ft. in a sealed box and no more than 1.0 Cu. Ft. from a sealed box.

For a vented box: No less than 1.25 and no more than 2.25

James, not to be jerk or anything, but I know that already. Thats what it says on Kickers website. Just because kicker says that doesnt mean it is always the best reccomendation.

will I hear and feel a difference if I drpped the space down from 1.3 to say 1.0 or even .85
