No you wont need an amp. The radio can push those 4 speakers.

You would get more bump out of a pair of 6x9's that were rated closer to 100watts. At normal listening level you will be sending about 25 watts to a 300 watt speaker. You will get descent volume levels out of the speaker but not near the sound quality you would by running them off of an amp.

As a general rule, the closer you match peak power of the head unit or amp, to the peak power of the speaker, the more efficient the system will be and the better it will sound.

The stuff you picked out is nice, but in my opinion I would run the rear speakers off of a 2 channel 200 watt amplifier. Even a 2 channel 100 watt amp will make an amazing difference over running them barefoot. (meaning just off of the head unit with no amp)

I think these would make a better match to the headunit you selected without using an amp.

It will push them, but you may not like the quality.

ie: try pushing a camaro with a motorcycle engine :\
