car amp b lowing fuses

I just bought a kenwood amp for a crazy cheap price.$15 shipped. As soon as a fuse is put into the amp it blows. Anyidea what I can look for ?Ill have to have a repair shop look at but I still think Ill come out ahead even after the repair.

Most likely the output transistors are toast shorting the DC to ground. If the transistors are not visibly destroyed, see if you can find someone who knows how to check a transistor with a multimeter and have them go through the amp. Likely you could fix it for 30-50 bucks depending on what transistors it has and how many are toast.
