There's actually the stock sound system, but it (along with my interior light) no longer work. I replaced the battery because my windows, locks, etc stopped working and it didn't solve the other two problems. Could it be a fuse? Any helpful information I'd appreciate.

sure sounds like it could be a few fuses. Hows your wiring? Buy some extra fuses, replace the ones that are burned now. If the problem occurs again, then ud have to dig deeper. Always start with simple stuff first.

no worries, this is how u learn. Btw, if youre wiring isnt the neatest, and it looks like its been spliced alot, disconnect the negative on the battery before working on it. Could save you from gettin zapped.
