Need new Power and tuner **** for 4th gen stereo...where to buy?
Hey guys,
I went to install the new(er) 4th gen stereo in my 84 Trans Am today and found that the back-side of the power and tuner buttons are cracked really bad. You know the part of the **** that holds it in place on the stereo and keeps it from spinning when you turn it (Of course it's supposed to spin but you know what I mean...)? Anyway, if I turn it too fast or bump it at all it'll finish breaking that small plastic receptacle and then the **** won't stay on or will just spin in place because there won't be anything to hold it on. My question is, do you guys know where I can get those two buttons? Is this something I can just go buy from GM at the dealership or something I'll have to find second hand? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
