this may be a stupid question but are any speaker wires near power wires for the headlights?

Re: static when i have my headlights on
I get some static on certain, 92-96 FM, radio stations when I turn on my HID headlights, but, if I disconnect the drivers side HID bulb and use a standard headlight, it doesn't have static. So I know it has something to do with the drivers side HID ballast and/or bulb. I even installed a "ground isolator" on the antenna lead near the radio, doesn't help at all.
