Coustic has been around for a long time. Though formerly their own company, I believe they were bought out by a parent company in the last few years or so, it has been a while since I was into the car audio world. They have always been a reliable brand for descent sound and quality. I am fairly sure the ones you are looking at are about $100 each brand new so at $75 for the pair you should be very happy as long as they are in good shape.

They are owned by the same parent company that owns Xtant and MTX. I had a pair of their CF1044 DVC subs and they worked great. I recently replaced them with a pair of JL Audios when I freshened up my system due to them actually needing a larger enclosure than I had in the car.

That's cool, I have always been a big MTX fan. That moves Coustic up a notch or two in my eyes. I have had a few different MTX systems, and they have always been very impressive to me.

got them put in and they sound amazing for 75 bucks was expecting a little bump but these things slam compared with my friends two audio pipes at 1000 watts.

Coustic is a cool company, I don't think people give them the credit due sometimes.
My first system in 1989 consisted of three amps, two Power logic 190's and a 380......one of the best stereo's I ever own.
They hit it big with the XM-3 and XM-5 crossovers, people were using them with other amps and others were copying the design.
My car was a 1978 Camaro btw
