permenant Live not so live
Hi Guy's. I have a 91 Z28 and the orange ( permenant live ) is dead any ideas on if and where the fuse might be for it or what to do as my CD player needs it for the memory. Some other monkey was here before me and it looks like a dogs dinner. Many thanks UK-1991-Z28

apperantly that is a common problem in our cars... i couldnt find a fuse , so i ran a line direct from the battery(used 12 gauge) and stuck a fuse in the line for safety, and mine works fine now...

underneath drivers side dash near brake pedal, check accessory fuse, it also powers the cigarette lighter, which is a common point in our cars to short out. you may have to disconnect or replace the cigarette lighter to keep this fuse from continuing to blow.
