hey does anybody out there know if i can replace my factory tape player(92 z28) with a 94 delco pontiac monsoon cd player? It has a 20 pin hook up and im pretty sure that my 92 Z has the same wiring harness. Will it still work without me not having a "monsoon" system? I realize I'll have to modify the mounts but not worried about that. I want this particular stereo because of the orange display and I think it will look good and match the rest of the dash yellow/orange illumination. THANKS !!

Plug and play. You do have to do some cutting on the mounting brackets on the headunit though.
