My system

2x Fosgate P2410s with 500.2 watt amp, and Kenwood head unit. Replacing speakers soon, still stock speakers. Sounds incredible, perfect amount of bass, just enough to enjoy my music, or rattle the cars mirrors next to me if I want :P

Re: My system

The head unit was too deep to have it flush. It's sitting in the adapter that came with the radio so it would fit. I think it'd be too much work to have it look any better than it does now; It is kind of goofy looking but its still pretty clean

Re: My system

The birds must be different then, most aftermarket HUs are the same size, they usually are deeper than stock stereos, but I had no trouble flush mounting one in my camaro, my corsica was a different story though.

Re: My system

You just have to cut down the factory rear radio brace. I don't thing the Firebirds have the ducts out the side so you don't have to worry about modifying those.
