I want to add Bose and ipod to OEM

I have a 92 with Stock CD player w/ 4 speakers. I also have Bose kick panel speakers and the rear lid with Bose speakers unconnected.

I want to add an ipod jack and connect the Bose speakers.

SO what do I need/ what have people done to add Ipods and what amp will I need to make the Bose stuff work?
