It is a bolt-on front fascia kit from Choo-Choo customs made for the elcamino and malibus. I almost got it for my elcamino way back when I had it.

I have only see a few of them in person and it's been years, kinda cool in a way I guess. Here are a few one with the Camaro looking nose and the other with a Monte SS nose
