kicker impulse 652xi...any good?

just what the topic says. i plan on running this amp with 2 12's. should i bridge the amp or just run it one per chnl.

By all means, bridge the amp. You will gain nothing by running them in stereo except for maybe a cooler running amp (at the expense of lower wattage output). Bridging them for mono, you will notice more bass then in stereo.

It depends on the impedance of your subs. If they are 4 ohm subs, that amp won't take too kindly to being bridged. It's a decent amp, but a little underpowered to get the most out of a pair of 12s.

If they are 4 ohm woofers, wouldn't reccommend it. Need 8 ohm woofers to run that amp mono. It will power 12's, but not make them hammer like you'd expect.

I'm building a system for a friend, and he's got that amp for a single 12" W0. Too bad the dipstick bought an 8 ohm sub
