Need Help Picking out a System!

This Christmas I finally want to get a nice system put in. I was thinking about 2 10's and a nice amp. Since this is my first sub set up,, how much SHOULD i spend? Also what does everybody recommend for me ( I dont really want loud, but QUALITY)!

Budget is at around 450-500, and this also includes professional instalation.

your not gonna do to well with a budget like that... but id say go with the lowest level MTX subs, i think its Thunder4000, and put em in pre-made boxes, and buy a jensen amp. you wont get much out of it but it will be an upgrade, and you wont get a deck with that unless its a cheap ol jensen or generic brand

dude i have one thing to tell you, don't inpulse buy, I've done that and learned and now i'm starting over, buying everything top of the line, save up more money, get the next step up, and you will like it much more, believe me.

Are those kicker bass stations any good?

When you say deck, I think that means CD Player,, which I already have.
