New speakers and a cracked dash

I'm about to pull the trigger on new speakers in my 1992 RS convertible.
The dash has a few cracks in it. The aesthetics of the cracks don't bother me. I'm concerned that if I pull the dash off to replace the speakers, that I won't be able to use it again. Is this a valid concern?
Is there an easy solution? (I'm not super handy and don't have the time to spend a weekend trying to bondo a fix together)

The dash pad is metal underneath so no worries on it falling apart when removed
