Difference between Apline CDA-7863 and CDA-7864

Besides the 75 dollar price change and the blue instead of green display what actually is different about them. I was going to get a 7864 and was wondering what the atvantages were.
Thanks
Jason

Yup. The 7864 uses blue neon which is substantially more expensive to produce, so they pass it on to the consumer. Those things sell like crazy. It seems like the brighter and uglier they make them, the better they sell. My 7863 looks like a fricking carnival ride in my dash board.

I'm bitching about my own damned radio and you're telling me to step off? I paid for the radio and I use it every day. I am fully entitled to my opinions, and if I don't like my own radio, too bad!

Well I think the alpines look awesome. You calling them ugly or saying there ugly is making the assumption that they are ugly. Well that is an opinion. Any one can say they are ugly. Back it up. Don't say its ugly and leave it at that. Give some reason behind that. And please send me a picture of a stereo you find "attractive" because if you think the alpine is ugly i would like to see one you think looks good.

I don't like it because it looks like a carnival ride and is totally out of place with the subtle, 80s looking interior of my cars.

I like this:

And especially this:
* Couldn't find a pic of the 7909 *
