Easy. You do know that only one speaker can be driven in bridged mode, and with most amps, bridging will almost double output power, and raise total harmonic distortion. On this amp, the —wire of the speaker connects to the —right speaker output on the amp, and the +speaker wire to the +left speaker output on the amp. You cannot use the other channels in bridged mode, with a two channel amp, you are now running a monoblock, 1 channel.

I wouldn't suggest doing this with a dual voice coil sub that has the coils wired in series, since it would present a 2ohm load, and would probably cook the amp. Bridging fools the amp into thinking it is driving a lower resistance load to make more power. If you have a DVC sub with the coils wired in parallel, the sub presents an 8ohm load—to an amp in bridged mode, a 4ohm load, so you are back where you started.

I am assuming you are trying to power a subwoofer with this amp, right? How many subs do you have, and what kind are they? If I knew this, it would be easier to make a few suggestions for configuring them. Hope this helps.

when my sub gets here its an Audiobahn Alum12x, with dual 6-ohm voice coils and its 1000Wrms.

on back of amp it says

for briged operation connect left(+) to mono speaker(s) postive terminal. Connect Right(-) to mono speaker(s) negative terminal. This amplifier can operate in Briged and Stereo modes simultaneously. Do not ground any speaker to chassis

so i guess you can run more than one speaker off it? but why does it say bridge over 3 terminals if you only use 2 of them??

It does not say bridge over 3 terminals. it lays it out very clearly. the postive terminal has a + and the negative has a - underneath it. you put the pos speaker wire where the + terminal is and neg where the - terminal is. its just two, not 3. see? Right negative and left positive are the ones you would use

i myself am running an mtx blue thunder amp at 2 ohms bridged constantly. it all depends on how comfortable you are running somethin not suggested by the manufacturer. while mtx doesnt say 2ohms bridged is possible, my amp barely gets warm. but since i only paid $70 for the amp, it wouldnt be too big of a hit if the amp died. mtx is pretty solid equipment, so i dont think your amp will have a prob
