i installed a TPS sensor in my q-jet a few months ago, i didnt have the tool to adjust it, but now i do, so i go to adjust it and on terminals B & C i get no voltage, if i put terminal B and then ground the other probe i get 4.80 volts at idle, then if i open the throttle it goes down to 2.something volts and stays there, is the TPS bad? i checked the wiring from the sensor to the computer and it checks out okay, i'm getting a code 21 and the car stinks, it's running rich.
