stumbling

ok my engine stumbles when i try to take a sharp turn, when i accelerate and push break hard, and when i give it gas with my breaks on and let go the gas the rpms just fall and go down to 300 rpm and and sometimes so low it has died a few times. I have an edel 600 cfm carb on a vortec 350 with rpm intake, and headers back. I have seemed to tuned it quite well and this is really the only problem i have. I don’t know if it is a simple fact that it is a carb but i would think it could take more than that before it would do such a thing and mess up the fuel mixture that much if it was tuned correctly... any thoughts how to correct a problem such as this? Any thing is appreciated.

Thank you
Daniel

ohhhhhhhh

is that the reason my car dies when I SLAM the brakes or make a sharp turn. That only happened when I switched carbs. The only thing is that my float bowls are the see thru ones and sometimes I really can't see where they're at.

I used to think it was cool when I got to a stoplight and my car would stumble and sound like I was running a rad cam, but when you are racing a honda S-2000 and you need to slam the brakes at a red light and your engine dies...I could die also
