Carb questions

I called a place around here who rebuilds carbs,I told them I was
looking for a 750 v.s..They said they have one but it has the choke ground off(so I can`t tell what the part number is)And it
also has 4 corner idle adjustment.I was wondering if this is a
major score or a tempermentel race only piece. Also since it needs
rebuilding he will set it up the way I want.I did a search a search
and came up with this basic combo.#70 primary jets,#78 secondary jets(install my conversion kit to accept jet changes)
The purple seondary spring, and an 8.5hg power valve.Oh yeah
the motor is a 355 sbc 10.5:1 compression.Dart sportsman II
intake and heads,crane H-272 cam,shorty headers,dual exhaust.
Car has 3.73 gears.

Too bad..I'll like to see the list number too. I've never seen a VS carb with a 4 corner idle. Usually thats reserved for Dominators and 4150HPs. I wonder if the used to make them that way..or if it's something the shop added. Either way, 4 corner idle is a good thing. Might not make much difference on your motor, but it won't hurt, and if you ever decide to stick it on a motor with more cam it's really nice to have. Makes getting a big cam to idle alot easier.

If it already has an adjustable idle in the rear, it already takes jets too. You won't have to convert it.
